Cannot install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

am using Mcaffe on win xp sp3


However when i install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
it is considering the same as virus and not allowing install

please help me with a solution or is MAlwarebytes a virus software itself???

    If i understood correctly, McAffee says that Malwarebytes is a virus?

    If so, simply disable McAffee when you use Antimalware
