Get Rid of Strikethrough in Outlook Tasks

Hi. Anyone know how to keep completed Outlook tasks displayed without the annoying strikethrough? I think it would be easier to read without it. I have all of my tasks in categories and like to be able to see what I have recently completed for reference, but can't seem to find a way around this strikethrough thing. Any ideas?
