    Lynnfield won't have FSB.

    At the time of this news item's publication, it was believed that the Core i5's loss of QPI meant a return of the FSB.

    You are indeed correct, however, as the Lynnfield does not use an FSB and will instead use a dual-channel IMC and DMI to communicate with the P55 PCH.
