    Hey.

There isn't really any new problems, except that the Usernev error appears at least 5 times a day. All the other errors appear to have disappeared, and my programs aren't randomly crashing anymore.:D

    Hi,

I'm hugely sorry for the delay.

What does the Usernev error say? When does it commonly appear?

    Hey.

The error appears quite often, averaging 10-30 times a day. It says:

Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for {7B849a69-220F-451E-B3FE-2CB811AF94AE} and it will not be loaded. This is most likely caused by a faulty registration.

    Hi,

I apologise again for the delay.

The error is related to Internet Explorer, so it is nothing harmful. Have you at any time installed Internet Explorer 8, and then uninstall it?

    Hey.

Yeah about a year ago I uninstalled IE 8 because it kept freezing. However, IE 7 does the same thing, just not as often. Hope that helps.

    Thanks for your help.

Since this problem is related to IE8, I suggest installing IE8 again and then following the Microsoft tutorial on uninstalling IE8.

You can try that and see if it works.

I followed the advice provided in the link.

It appears most of my programs don't crash that often anymore, except outlook express. Other than that, all seems pretty good.

    :)
