Setting up test.spam folders for The Bat!

I was googling for several spam countermeasures. I came across spamarchive.org, and I thought that it would go nicely with the antispam plugin for The Bat. I've downloaded approximately 500mb worth of spam messages to train the plugin, but I haven't the foggiest idea on how to implement it. The files that I downloaded were plain text messages - which is a problem, because I don't know how to parse these files into the appropriate email format.

I've tried sending these files as attachments to myself, but that didn't work.

Any ideas?
