Virtumonde.prx found - please help

Hi - Again.

Normal surfing (i.e. no P2P, porn, etc.) with Firefox and Winpatrol alerted me to a problem - you know how it goes. Winpatrol and SuperAntiSpyware both pop up with continuous messages to allow or disallow registry changes for BHO's. Scanned with AVG and SuperAnti and Spybot, and as I have seen with everyone else, it finds files but they keep coming back. So far the only problems it has caused are these pop-ups. I never open IE... here is my HJT log, and I thank you in advance for your help!
