Computer plays audio randomly

Hi
My computer has recently started playing audio at random. Usually it's around 12 AM or PM. The audio is anything from clips of music to news about celebrities. I assume I've got some sort of virus or something. I use AVG free edition and Spybot Search & Destroy, and they haven't picked anything up. Could you guys help me figure out what to do? Thank you. I'm sure you'll probably want more info, but I'm not sure what, so let me know. Thanks.
