Initial Boot Problems on New Mobo

I just tried to power up a new build for the first time and it seems to go fine. It recognizes the drives but at the end it says "USB Device over current status detected. Shutting down in 15 secs."

Any ideas? There are no USB devices attached, except the mouse.

Nevermind. I fixed it. The top-of-the-case USB connector was the problem.

OK. Now the initial boot will not go from the drive I installed windows on. I went into the bios and the boot priority has the HD as #1. The drive isnt starting up and booting though.

BIOS does see the drive though and it seems to be working.....

    Ideas?

Also, the graphics card isn't being recognized as "new hardware" and the fan isn't turning either. Driver issue?
