Stuttering/Hanging Mouse and CPU out of nowhere

Hello, last night my computer started doing some weird stuff. The mouse seemingly started stuttering, but i figured it was just dying. However, it now seems like it moves to random places and I'm not sure whether it's just the mouse or a system hangup. The CPU never goes over 1% when this happens, so I used adaware and found a couple backdoor trojans on this. I figured this was the problem, but when i removed them, the problem seemingly got worse. I'm not sure, and I would really appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance

Please note:-
Your log shows signs that this is a 64 bit machine.
Most of the tools we use don't run on 64 bit machines, so the help I can offer is limited.

If you still require help please do the following


Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
