how to boot with usb bios

Im trying to boot with a scan disc usb flash drive.I went into bios into advanced.I clicked boot sequence. There are 3 there and my usb is the third. I clicked on the usb and pressed enter..(it says press enter to change).After hitting enter the sequence didn't change. It was the same order. I saved and exit rebooted and it booted to windows.

Its a scan disc cruzer micro
