What is gyvnuslk?

Hi everyone.

I was attempting a few suggestions to get my computer to start a little faster and went to startup under system config to stop from programs from automatically loading. I tried to do a bit of research for every program that didn't look familiar and I found out what each program was except for gyvnuslk. I couldn't find any information on any site about it. So of course I'm scared to death that I have some weird virus that's so silent it hasn't even been found yet...

I'm not sure if it is spyware but since that was my biggest fear I just chose this area to post. Under the command heading it says: rundll32.exe "C:\Windows\system32\gyvnuslk.dll",b

I unchecked it so under location it says it's in SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I hope I provided enough information. Thank you for any and all help!
