pop-up hell!!!

I'm pretty sure i have contracted some sort of disease. Nearly every time i open my browser i get a pop up for nexplorer or some frog social network thing. i have to leave at least one up or it takes over my browser and opens up too many tabs for ie to handle. in order to stop it i have to use task manager or reboot my computer. performance has slowed significantly. please help.

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
