Pc in a log-in/log-off loop

Hi. I am happy to find your forum, although I think I am too late.
I was attempting to clear my PC of malware last night, and the program (Anti-Malware, I believe) instructed me to re-start the computer before it could adress the last 2 infections).
now my computer is in a loop. It displays the Windows logo, and shows my 3 log-in names, but as soon as I choose one, it says "Loading personal settings"...then it says, "Saving settings" and logs off. It does this for all three log-in names.
When I try to boot to safe mode, it goes thru the same Windows loop as described above.

Additionally, when I attempt to boot in Safe Mode with a prompt, I get this:
"Technical Information:

Stop 0x0000008E (..............) (.....)(.....) (......)
Beginning Dump of Physical Memory"

Any possibilty of doing anything myself? I can not get past this Windows screen offering log-ins that will not log-in.

Thank you very much in advance.
I wish I had discovered this forum a while ago.
I think once I re-booted the computer, I was doomed.

Jill
