Laptop Recomendation

Hi all,

My company are looking for a new laptop to use on the road for site survey work. The laptop doesn't need to be particularly high powered as it will not be doing any major processing but it does need a reasonable size hard disk to store large numbers of survey photos.

The main thing is that it must have good battery life as it will have to be out on the road all day. We can also get a second battery to swap when one dies.

So far this is what I am looking at.

However this product has had quite a few negative reviews on CNET. Although most of the negative comments seem to be relating to things that I am not worried about.

If this is going to be a heavily traveled laptop but not under really rough conditions I recommend going with a lenovo T series. They have extremely rugged chassis and the keyboard is sealed off so if liquid gets spilled on it it won't leak through.
