Promoted fatcat to Guild Leader

I obviously haven't played WoW in like 3 weeks, and I don't forsee starting up again any time soon.

The obvious choice for guild leader is fatcat; first to 80, dedicated player, knows what he's doing, etc.

So, Fatcat (Cierra) is the new HMFIC :D
