I know exactly what you mean, i saw a friend who had never before tried gaming but enjoyed action movies with alot of shootings, as we men do, so i slowly introduced him to point and click shooters, something simple, then we played halo together, we spent two years of our relationship playing and replaying halo 1 and two every weekend for 20 hr marathons and now we are both in depth die hard Xbox fans who play shooters and rpgs. we meet every weekend for marathon gaming even now 5 years after our first time, madness i say! Vegas and Gears 2 are cult classics, we also play any shooting game we can no matter how under-hyped it is, like kane and lynch and army of 2. All this came from the introduction of the simple point and click shooter
