Win7: ATi Control Panel missing

I had installed the ATi drivers 9.4 on Windows 7 and cannot find the dang control panel for the drivers. The same thing was happening previously with my laptop but I just put it off as something else since I actually used the Vista drivers. Two systems, same problem... and probably right under my nose.

    Did you install a driver only package, or a package that included catalyst control center? If it was a driver only package, you can probably download catalyst control center separately and install it.

    If you did in fact install a package that included CCC, then I'm in the dark. I haven't experimented with windows 7.
