Web Stats...Plesk Vs. Google Analytics ?

What is a good reliable Web Stat program ?

My hosting Company provides Plesk ( Basic ) and I have been using that for years. I was looking for something better so I recently put all the proper code on all of my webpages for Google Analytics. It has only been running for about 4 days but It does not show anywhere near the same numbers that Plesk does. About half of what Plesk shows. And Google only udates once a day.
Plus I find the GUI hard to navigate.

What are some other good stats programs ? Preferably free.

Honestly, Analytics is the best, but it takes time to ramp up to speed.

I've had a very different experience with Analytics; it's typically only a few hours behind for me, and it presents more information than I know how to digest. I haven't used Plesk for stats, but using it for website management has been an interface nightmare. I wouldn't even have bothered looking at their statistics package.

Not free, but looks really great.

I am only getting updates in the middle of the night. Again , it has only been running since the 3rd so as Thrax said it may take some time to settle in.

    I'll check out chartbeat

    Thanks
