hi, i have a problem with my computer , now i am writting from the laptop ! my computer when i start it it loggin everithing is ok and after a minute it restarts but when it apears dell logo it restart and again and again until i put off it from the outlet.... and when it boots it stays some minutes and i do nothing and it restarts again ... etc ! i dont know what to do i switched of the internet , i made a scan ( not completed cauze it restarted ) and i dont know what to do when the first time it restarted i saw a massege like "BPJMAIN.EXE EROR " and i havent seen more this messsage plzz hellp me i need help1!!!

    the tools used may cause damage if used on a computer with different infections.

    Can you start the machine in Safe Mode ?

    To reboot in safe mode
    You can boot in Safe Mode by restarting your computer, then continually tapping F8 or F5 until a menu appears.
    Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.
    Download and Run RSIT
    • Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
    • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
    • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
    • Once it has finished, two logs will open:
      • log.txt will be opened maximized.
      • info.txt will be opened minimized.
    • Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
