Any interest in a fitness session?
So I'm interested in teaching people a little bit about fitness, since it's such a HUGE topic on people's minds (and it's packed with FUD if you read anything about it).
I'm looking to run it from 4-6 PM on Saturday, right before we all go stuff our face full of pizza like a bunch of fatasses.
I'll be covering nutrition, cardio, lifting, resistance training, metabolism, dispelling some common myths, and fielding any questions you guys have.
Any takers?

we'll definitely see about that. I'm notoriously dependable to not work out in the middle of an event like this. We'll see if I'm feeling it when we get there.
