Hi intensity cycling workout - usually in a dark room with dance/techno/high bpm music playing.

I've yet to try it, but I'd like to.

When I was training up for the MS 150 ride, I took spinning classes through the winter to keep myself in shape. I found that a good instructor could keep me motivated much better than I could by myself.

One of the instructors at my local ymca plays classic rock which is awesome. But yeah, most of the time coaches play music that you can get in a rhythm to.

I'll have to try it with you sometime, hun. How long does it usually last?

35-45 minutes + cooldown and stretching. lasts about an hour in total usually.

Do you think I'll be able to handle it?

You can set the resistance to whatever you want, and you dont have to follow the coach the entire time. You can take breaks, you'd be fine.
