my pc wont boot not even in safe mode

Hi
Please can anyone?.
My pc won,t even reeboot in safe mode.Safe mode comes up on screen but nothing happens?.What can i do?.

    Have you seen any Blue Screens with error codes?

    So, when you start your pc it posts bios, and then tries too load windows but it freezes at that point?
    Custome pc or OEM?
    Specs?
    Overclocked?

    Yes,when i run it in safe mode the message says runtime error programe 1??/c/windows/system32/winlogon.exe.r6016 not enough space for thread data.

    reinstall the operating system check that all components are seated properly etc check my other post for real help...and make sure bios settings are correct.

    I think your system is infected. I would seek help in the Malware Help forum, urgently.
