Possible infection..screen whites-out

Hello. Sometimes, whenever I try to get my computer out of "stand-by" mode, the screen gradually goes from black to a bright white. This is not extremely common, but I have noticed it a couple of times recently. As such, I was thinking that perhaps there was some malware behind it, so I ran HJT and posted the log below just to make sure...thanks, I appreciate anyone's help..

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
