Reset switch turns computer off for a few seconds

Woohoo first post!!!

Like the title reads, twice now hitting the reset button made the computer do what seems like a hard reset. The first time it happened was last Tuesday and today it happened again. I don't know if it's a serious problem though:confused:

The first time it reset the bios to default so I thought maybe it was the overclock on the cpu that did it. The overclock is stable but I set it back to stock and tried to recreate it but it didn't work. So I went back to the oc and it's been fine since till earlier today when I hit the reset button and it did it again. This time it didn't reset the bios.

It doesn't happen every time I hit the reset button. It's only happened twice now out of probably 6 resets.

This build is 9 months old and has been overclocked for about 7 months.

Specs:

Antec twelve-hundred
Asus P5Q-E(gotta double check the bios revision)
Q9450 at 3.6ghz
4gb Corsair dominator ddr2-1066(running at 901 atm)
Evga GTX 280(overclocked)
Corsair 750w psu
WD Velociraptors in raid 0
WD 1TB black
Creative x-fi titanium
Vista Ultimate sp1

This is a common theme to Asus boards that are overclocked. It's nothing wrong. The computer will restart, power off, wait, power on and then boot. Sometimes it will reset the BIOS, sometimes it won't, and it happens sporadically.

One of the many reasons why I'll never buy Asus again.
