I jsut put together my new system, and i go into the bios to check everythign out and setup random stuff, adn i notice the vcore is jumping around alot, and fast. The cpu is a barton 2500+ and the mobo is an MSI K7N2, psu is an enermax 350w. Anyone know if this is ok or seen anything similar?

    K7N2 is a bad board.
350w is too little for what you have.
    Enermaxes are bad for Athlons.

350 is too little? My shuttle runs on 200w: 2500+ barton, 1gb ram, 120gb WD, radeon 9700pro, dvd-r, m-audio revolution.

The voltages are high enough on the second comp, its just the vcore jumps around like +- .03. The enermax worked ok for my 2100+. SOO, I guess its the board?
