2nd Icrontic Winter Blast!
When: January 22nd - January 24th, 2010
Where: ICHQ

3rd Icrontic St. Patrick's Day Party
When: March 18th 6pm - March 21st, 2010
Where: ICHQ

7th Expo Icrontic (EpIC) (formerly The Icrontic LAN, formerly Short-Media LAN...)
When: June 24th - June 28th, 2010
Where: ICHQ

3rd Icrontic Summer Shindig
When: August 20th - 22nd, 2010
Where: ICHQ

2nd Icrontic Goes Renaissance
When: September 17th - 19th, 2010
Where: Washington D.C. area

4th Icrontic Oktoberfest
When: October 28th 6pm - October 31st, 2010
Where: ICHQ

    A huge part of Oktoberfest is the Halloween Costume Party we have. Halloween falls on a Monday in 2011, so. Also, it is when K-brew has their All Hallows Ale availible.

    AND YOU KNOW SHENS IN THE D > all other shens

    I actually second this. What about the week before/after? Loads of people have costume parties then as well.

    Yeah, I agree. Choosing the place you want to do Halloween at is up to you, but I know where I want to spend it.

    Kbrew has their ale on the weekend that was picked, and that's why the event was originally created.

    It's no big deal I guess; I'm sure there will always be enough people to fill out an Oktoberfest if it's on the 31st. It'll just be one of those events where I'll potentially have a conflict, but I've missed a lot of other IC events for lamer reasons.

    New for 2010, Icrontic's Summer Shindig is now an official event and has been added to the timeline.

    those are the Official events

    Winterblast, Labor Day Weekend etc are not (yet)

    Doesn't mean they won't happen, just means they haven't been announced!

    Just to narrow down "TBA" a bit - ICRenn will always occur between the end of August and the end of October. You can't have ICRenn without RennFest.

    The Dream Cruise has been announced for Saturday, August 21.

    Additionally, there will be a special non-party event at Icrontic HQ on Sunday, August 8. Details forthcoming as Brian and I figure them out.

    Anne MAY have scheduled ICRenn so I can attend An Event Apart in DC the following 2 days, and I MIGHT <3 her for it. :D
