Got a Trojan Downloader WMA.Wimad.n virus

We need help as we are just entertainment computer users at home. Daughter got three viruses from Limewire. Cogeco ( our security system) disinfected two but was unable to disinfect the WMA.Wimad.n one. She can't pull up any websites at all.

So other sites telling us to download this free thing or go here and download this won't help because she can't get anywhere on the internet.

Any ideas of what to do other than spending lots of $$ taking the hardrive into somewhere??
We would really appreciate any help we can get on this. Thanks folks!

Carol
