    That's a good point I hadn't thought about. Hmm. I think they may be onto something with the Slingbox or applications like Skype not working over the 3G. I could definitely see that kind of a thing as a violation but I'm not so sure about what web enabled apps are allowed onto the platform. I'm guessing we signed away the legalities of the latter issue in the TOS and it doesn't feel like the same kind of net neutrality violation that restricting some content at certain speeds (or networks) is.
