0X0000008E (0XC0000005,0X81CC2E,0XA8B88C4C,0X00000000) is the error I am getting with the bsod.
I am running windows vista home premium 32bit with a clean install with both servicepacks and all updates on a RAID-0 aray of 2x320gb drives on a 2yr old machine. The only programs I have installed after doing the os install is Nortons 360 and Acronis True Image 11, both of which were installed after the servicepacks. I got the bsod the first time while doing an update before the service packs I have encountered it twice after everything was installed while watching acronis tutorials on utube. I have Nortons 360 up to date and have been runing a full scan each day with nothing being detected. I did a check for errors on the harddrives and found nothing, I ran vistas memory test and it found nothing. The reason I did the reinstall was because I was having problems with the drivers for the lan loading and reinstalling the drivers didn't help so I tried this as I wanted to clean up the system anyway. This has fixed the lan but I am wondering if I might have a problem with the RAID that is giving me these bsod's
Does anyone know how to read the error code and tell me what it means exactly and give me some ideas?
