Domain Newbie - Safari?!

Ok, so we have finally moved to a Windows Server 2008, Vista Business domain infrastructure.

All going not too bad, however, one user wants Safari installed... so, I go to his machine (he's logged in) and right click the install file and select run as administrator, then enter my login details, it installs all fine.

When he goes to save anything in Safari it looks to C:\users\ME for some reason you then cannot browse to any of the other network shares to save it there.

So, how do I install it for him, and any ideas why it can't see the shares?! - Both IE and Firefox are fine - they can see all drives and his documents folder etc. Both were copied over via the easy transfer tool a few days ago (seems to be heliping with the migration process quite a bit!)

As I say, this is my first stab at domain admin, so I'm not sure if I did the install wrong or something?!
