My daughters computer gives a STOP 0X8E code

It's Windows XP.

The system continues to reboot, I cannot get it into safe mode

Can anybody help me out on this issue?

Remove 1 stick of ram at a time, see if it solves the issue.

Also, a list of system specs would help.
