Deposit I have in a casino

:( In November 2008 I deposited 100.00 dollars in Diamond Gal Casino. They refuse me access saying I don't have adobe flash but I do! I play games all the time with it. What can I do to recover my money or access the casino? I am a little ole lady that just wants to gamble but I can't at this point. Please advise me!     How can they just ignore the fact that they haqe my account recorded but I can't get into it. I would like for everyone to know this. They even emailed me last asking for another deposit!!!
