    Rob, does this strike you as a strange plea to take some of the profits from nVidia, or is it a legitimate concern for them and their technology and patent holdings?

    It sounds like more of Rambus' famous patent ambushes to be honest. The Feds have previously ruled in favor of Rambus on a couple occasions, so there's no history of hostility there to prop up an argument that the USPTO is biased against Rambus.
  • I get a little tired of all the suing and legal cases amongst these manufacturers. Surely they can make money without doing this... TBH I think it's predominently driven by the companies greed?
