After discovering via the multipliers on my Conroe CPU that my RAM has a maximum stable speed of about 470MHz, I decided to push my Yorkfield Q9450 to the outer FSB limit as set by the ram. Lo and behold, it's stable, so now running the Q9450 @ 3.76GHz with ram 1:1 with the FSB @ 5-5-5-18. It scores 14,970 CPU points in 3DMark Vantage, which I think is very respectable for a 24/7 OC on a non-i7 platform.
