The 1.5V is a DLT3C, but be aware that TBred-As were also DLT3Cs. I think that the 1800's lately have been DLT3C's also, but newegg doesn't guarantee anything.
The A's probably are gone, but since newegg gives no guarantees, if they find one laying around in stock still and somebody orders an XP1700, then they just might throw the TBred A in. I'm not saying you're likely to get one at all, but it just could happen.
Around october and november customers were complaining of receiving Tbred A's at newegg. So i'd still be cautious when purchasing a cpu. Check the reviews first to see what steppings peopl eare getting then make your purchase.
