laptop and speakers?

edited January 2004 in Hardware
I just picked up a set of logitech Z-640 speakers for a great price. I'd like to hook them up to my compaq presario 3000. My question is, is there any type of adapter I can purchase that will allow me to play all the speakers at once? The center speaker is on its own channel, then the 2 front speakers share a channel and the 2 rear speakers share a channel. Needless to say, I only have one audio jack. I realize ideally they were meant for a PC, but I'd like to know if any of you have any advice as to how to get them working for my laptop. ?
