Upgrading an old Gateway for a friend

So, the parents of the man my sister's marrying have a horribly out of date PC. I suggested I could overhaul it for them, and they've decided to go ahead with it. Here's what it is now...

Pentium 4 2.4GHz
512MB RAM
Intel desktop board
Standard Beige Midtower
Optical Drive (forgot to check what kind)
Samsung 160GB IDE HDD
Passively-cooled ATI AGP graphics (didn't look into what it was)

And here's what I've selected to overhaul the system. The case and optical drive are the pieces being kept.

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200
Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L motherboard (OB Video/Audio/LAN)
Antec Basiq BP430 PSU (not comfortable using their 5-year-old one)
Kingston ValueRam 2GB Module (leaving one slot open for future 2GB upgrade)
WD Caviar Black 500GB SATA HDD

That should produce a solidly responsive system compared to what they're running now. Or at least, that's the theory.

That went down without a hitch. :)

New system works great, feels MUCH more responsive than the old one.
