You can always use Wubi to install something like Ubuntu as a Windows app.

Wubuntu, Virtual Machines running linux (like VirtualBox or VMWare for example) there's also cygwin, dual booting or running a linux live CD. Lots of options, all have different perks. It really depends on what you want to do.

That's also an option. I was using it to run Amarok on my Windows box for a while, it'll give you a taste of Linux apps in a windows enviro
