Limiting hours on Wireless network

I am wondering where to go to limit the hours the kids have access on the wireless home network. I had once found a place where I could set times it was available and others when it wasn't. If anyone can help me out with that it would be great!!

    What router do you have?

    it is a 2wire from Telus. Telus is my internet provider
