Game mechanics seem very similar to Gears of War. GoW had the same reload mechanic - a correctly-timed reload press resulted in an instant reload and a damage boost to the shells or bullets that you loaded with that crit reload. Ditto for the damage system, but a lot of games are going that route - get damaged, take cover, regain health, try again.

Looks interesting, but I don't know if I could handle a historical FPS with super accuracy, heh.

The accuracy thing seems odd, for sure. Overall, though, the game looks cool. I'm not sure if I could get over those glass walls, personally.

Paging CrazyJoe to this game, Paging CrazyJoe to this game...

I forgot to mention in the article that this game is going to be out on Sept. 8, and that it is also coming to the XBox360.

(I knew I was forgetting something)

I really like this game. Don't understand all the negative comments I've been reading around the web. I'm tired of all the Halo and CoD clones. Are people only happy if they have grenade launchers and laser pistols, sheesh. AI doesn't seem any worse than most. And the quick load time is great. It's challenging to have to reload your rifle after every shot, imagine what it was like back in 1864.
