BSoD 0x0000008E (0xC0000005.. help! (Inactive)

Recently I've been getting the BSoD ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005.. ) after logging into my vista XPS m1530 model laptop. After I enter my password, it loads the screen, then a few seconds later the BSoD will show and start a physical memory dump. It tells me to do some thing like check if your RAM has enough room or to disable BIOS caching or shadowing or something. I've been looking up answers to fix this problem online but it's all too complicated for me to understand. Can someone please help!?

Have you tried booting in to Safe Mode, or using Last Known Good Configuration ?

Thank you Katana!! Yes I have tried to boot in to Safe Mode. The only thing that works is Safe Mode with Networking, and last known good configuration gives me the BSoD as well. Today I was working with someone from Dell XPS center and they scanned my computer. The reason for the BSoD is a virus.

I still require assistance on how to remove this virus and stuff. It's a rootkit virus

Download and Run ComboFix (by sUBs)
Please visit this webpage for instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:

• You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
  
• Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
  
• Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  
• When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply
  
• Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..
