DC++

So I'm at Penn State now and I have that cap so no youtube, hulu, etc. I'm trying to use DC++ but I have no idea how. Is there a Penn State DC++ network? How do I find it/connect to it? Thanks for any help!

    Searching Google, P2P isn't allowed at Penn State so they probably block the ports you would need.
