BOSD...HELP!!!!!!

Hello all,

I'm having some problems with windows xp pro, I got a blue screen with stop: Ox0000008E (OXC0000005, oXee9llc28, OxEE9llBAO, Oxoooooooo I have no clue what all this means. I also have a problem with the windows installer, it keeps popping up (on and off). I can't download some updates. I get messages that say something like, can't download because another program is being downloaded. I'm lost and I appreciate any help in what to do.
