Hi there im just wondering why i got low FPS on all games

is it my Motherborad getting old or its just my Graphic card?

2 CD rom Drive nothing els
nothing in Slots only Geforce 9600GSO

yea i just bought that card. Every day my games are getting LOW AND LOWER FPS

I have no idea why i keep my computer clean
