Well if you have an nvidia chipset or 4gb of ram, then yeah I'd say that's the likely culprit. Usually that cryptic message is a driver issue.

It has both but that wasn't the answer :( So you say a driver issue?
I'll check that out, I was going to start spybot, malware, and the rest of that root
    of checking. Thanks

Did you use windows drivers for the video card or the latest from nvidia? I would suggest trying the newest nvidia ones if you haven't.

Also it's possible that it's your RAM so I'd suggest you get and run memtest86. Though usually that 050 is driver not RAM.

I used Driver Detective to scan and find the drivers for me, I'll try to look up the driver
myself on nvidia. But that will have to wait till saturday and I will do a memtest.

I did the drivers myself and all seem to be working, but let's give it a couple days
    and see.
    Thanks

Seems to be related to a mouse or usb driver error.

Should the restore disks have these or do I have to look them up online?

You should just be able to use the default ones from windows. Their generic drivers are normally good enough, unless it's a really obscure mobo or newer then the windows update database.
