dvd decoder

hi im currently on an education course and the computers in the building do not have a dvd decoder in which i would like to watch lets say a dvd the system also is barred from such things as software downloads gaming ect is there any sites in which i may temporarily watch my dvd or any way in which i could get round this i know its a meager request but it would be much appreciated.

If you cannot download items to the computer, I'm afraid you cannot temporarily add DVD support to the PC.

The only workaround I can think of is to add Media Player Classic to a thumb drive, because it's a standalone player, and plays DVDs: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Media_Player_Classic.htm

There is also a Portable version of VLC that will run from a thumb drive and plays DVD's (and everything else for that matter)
