SBS 2008 increase mail size exchange server

I been getting rejected mail...
I have outlook hokked up with exchange server....
where do i need to adjust settings to increase outgoing and ingoing mail size.....and whats my limit? I have googled and found some solutions, but they dont seem to work, anyone out there have any tips?
