Ad.reduxmedia.com has stolen my computer

How do I get rid of this virus that keep popping up internet explorer multiple times with ads? I think I've identified it as ad.reduxmedia.com. I use mozilla firefox as my default, but ie keeps opening on its own. Not banner ads or normal pop-ups, just multiple windows.

    This is happening to me to. Does anyone know how to make these pop ups stop. Are they a virus or just spam ware or what?
