WTB: Asus M2NPV-VM motherboard OR Mobos with 2x IDE and 4x SATA

I need another 1 or 2 of these guys. I could settle for a different board, providing it's comparable. It needs to have 2 IDE ports and 4 SATA ports, at minimum, and the SATA and IDE ports need to be native to the system's chipsets. I prefer an AMD board if possible. I am interested in low-power CPUs, so if you have a 45w model to sell with the board, let me know.
