I got confused between different Xbox 360 (arcade, pro, elite). All are same except hard disk, do i really need it? Is there other diff too? which should i go for? please help me. Cost is no problem for me.

These days the 360 will let you store game content on your local hard disk improving load times, there is also a boat load of HD content you can purchase on live, all taking up significant drive space. If money is no object buy the biggest drive you can afford up front, the after market cost of these drives is absurd.
Hey, its really amazing experience, just gonna love it the way it outperformes the PC. Thanks snarkasm. its just awesome. well, finally i end up with best. the gaming performance I have never experienced in PC.

finally, i had 360 elite 120GB today right now with Halo 3. its awesome look, I Think I made a right choice. What say?
